- Describe the issue in detail.
- Attach photos of the rest of the items you received and the package with the shipping labels on it.
You have to contact us while the money back guarantee still applies. If you already received the package with the same tracking number as the missing item — don't wait for a separate package or for the money back guarantee of the missing product, just get in touch with us right away.
Can my inquiry be declined?
It can if:
- The money back guarantee period has already expired.
- The evidence you've given is not conclusive.
When do I get my money back?
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
