How do I return an item?

If an item has no defects/matches the description, but you simply don't like it or it doesn't fit you well — you can return it within 7 days after the delivery.


It's important to keep in mind that the product must be in a resalable condition.


How do I return it?

On the website:


By clicking on the button at the bottom of this page contact us and click on the submit a ticket tab.


You will be responsible for paying the return expenses, as Walgrow won't cover them.


Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  1. It has been more than 7 days since you got the item.
  2. The product is in non-resalable condition.
  3. The product was sent to an address that was not given by our support team.
  4. The return package cannot be tracked.
